Unwilling to accept an off the shelf product Logic built it own database software from the floor up. This provides better service to its client and candidates needs and ensures that every piece of information required is quickly available to our consultants and support staff.  This includes efficient management of a very large and continually updated bank of skilled candidates and clients.
