Description: We are looking for a Planning & Reporting Engineering Service with significant and highly specific experience
Service dimensions · Follow-up of the planning and progress of CONTRACTOR during detailed design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phase, monitoring, analysis and contradictory discussions. · To check and comment CONTRACTOR procedures, detailed schedules and periodic progress measurement and reporting, including regular spot-checks. · To define Key Performance Indicator in order to control the EPSCC progress · To analyze and perform simulations of new schedules, to propose corrective actions when schedule may slip or is delayed, taking into account ENGINEER’s and local content, · To participate to internal or external audits, · To liaise with Estimating to ensure consistency between MTO/quantities and proposed schedule and man-hours, manpower figures by CONTRACTOR. Activities · Prepare and update the overall Project Management planning, · Prepare the project schedule and progress control procedures, · Participate to Call For Tenders preparation with ENGINEER, bids analysis and clarifications until recommendation to award, · Ensure planning reporting to management and partners. Context and environment · Planning Service Provider is integrated into SDAG Project Organization purposely created to develop the Shtokman gas field in Barents Sea. · Planning Service Provider works in a multicultural environment (3 main nationalities: Russian, French, and Norwegian) · Planning Service Provider is based in SDag office Paris and directly reports to the LNG Project Planning Engineer. · Planning Service Provider has to travel to Moscow, St. Petersburg or abroad in the frame of his job. · Planning Service Provider has to interface permanently with SDag Onshore, Offshore projects, HSEQ, Contracts, and Security Departments in Moscow and with the SDag office in Murmansk. He has to liaise with local authorities, to use the personal knowledge of local conditions and key persons (Murmansk region). Accountabilities · Planning Service Provider is accountable to organize his job in full respect and within the limit of defined and approved planning & budgets. · Planning Service Provider is accountable to have good relationships with other SDag departments (Paris & London including Murmansk office). · Planning Service Provider is accountable to ensure project work in ethical and team spirit Qualifications / experience required · Organization, rigor, communication skills, team spirit, constant availability to team members, partners and contractors, world wide expatriation, international experience · At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction, knowledge of planning techniques including planning & scheduling softwares (Primavera, PSN8) + usual office tools (Pack office, Lotus). · Fluent English speaking.
